Mr. Hauswirth,

Impressive! That is how I would rate my recent experience of purchasing a used Mercedes-Benz from Moritz of North Arlington. The reason for my claim can be directly traced to all of the individuals I worked with in the transaction. Specifically, it started with Brian Carpenter of your Internet Sales Team who called me shortly after I placed a bid on eBay (of note, no one has ever called me when placing a bid on eBay)! He called to say that one of your sales representatives would phone me to answer any of my questions I had on the vehicle. To make a long story short, a few hours later Neil Scheckter sold me the vehicle, and I would pick it up the following week.

Things happened fast, and on Monday we flew down to Dallas. After landing, I was stunned to receive a voicemail from Rosie saying she was right outside our gate waiting to pick us up. I enjoyed meeting her, and she said how much she enjoyed working for Moritz and what a fine company it was. At the dealership, Neil was waiting for us and showed us the car. To be honest with you, the vehicle appeared to be in great shape and actually proved better than I thought it would be. Whoever detailed the car did a superb job. And, after our 520-mile trip back to Kansas, the same has to be said for the mechanics who inspected and serviced the vehicle. In short, the only way that a car could have been better would be if it were new.

During my interactions with each of your employees I was impressed with their pride in working for Moritz and their loyalty to the franchise. They all spoke highly of the company, and assured me I was buying a top quality car in excellent condition. Judging by the car I just bought, I must agree with them.

In summary, I would appreciate your passing my thanks to all those individuals I have highlighted in this letter. Also, I congratulate you upon building a successful company. Highly motivated employees and a culture of success were everywhere I looked during my visit. Further proof is evident in the vehicle I purchased.

In conclusion, would I buy again from Moritz? Absolutely! Would I highly recommend Moritz to others? Absolutely! From top to bottom Moritz is the best Car Company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Thank you again, and best wishes for all continued success.
